We enjoyed stunning views of the Detroit skyline from our room, especially at night. The location was perfect, giving us easy access to downtown venues for just 75 cents. Our stay was made even better by great housekeeping service during our visit.
In my wife’s opinion, more family-friendly dining options would be great.

Clean room, friendly staff, with a great fitness center that offers complimentary water and snacks during workouts.
Parking fees are quite high and the elevators can get crowded during events.

Spectacular River Views and Attentive Staff
I had a fantastic stay with stunning views of the Detroit River from my room's floor-to-ceiling windows. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially at the gym, where they genuinely cared about guest comfort. I loved the spacious layout of the room, making it perfect for unwinding after a long day. However, the layout of the hotel can be a bit confusing for first-time visitors.

Plus, the massive portions at the hotel bar kept me fueled for my adventures. Gotta love the tasty vibes!
Now, about the staff. The doorman led me to a random parking lot, and my platinum upgrade? Nope, not happening! After some back-and-forth, I scored a room change, but still no suite. Over an hour for housekeeping to show up? Definitely room to improve here!

Huge crowds, rough stay
We stayed for a volleyball tournament, and it was super crowded. Elevators were down, so we waited forever just to get to our room. The food at the restaurant was decent but no microwave in the room was a bummer. Rooms were kinda old and not well kept, and service was all over the place.
